Holiday house AKORD *** is located in the village of Marindvor, next to Požega (6 km from the main square in Požega) in our Golden Valley, which is part of the Slavonia region, in the rural continental part of Croatia. Holiday house AKORD is located in a beautiful natural environment near an oak forest, streams, meadows, orchards, Sovinjak lake, arable land and is part of our Permaculture ecological farm. The large yard covered with lawn is fenced and ideal for children to play, and in the yard we have an open and covered terrace and a closed space for socializing. There is a free private parking lot with the facility, which does not require a reservation, and it is also possible to reach our facility by public transportation.
We can accommodate 9 people in the AKORD holiday house (and a maximum of 11 people if we use 2 extra beds). Free Wi-Fi.
On two floors, we have about 150 m2 of space where the following are located:
• 3 triple rooms (bed linen, wardrobe, mosquito nets)
• 2 bathrooms (shower, toilet, hair dryer, toilet paper, towels)
• Spa oasis with Finnish sauna and massage area
• living room with fireplace and TV, kitchen (dishwasher, hob, oven, refrigerator, kitchen utensils, cleaning products) and dining room.
Each floor has air conditioning. The area of the AKORD holiday house is non-smoking and pets are not allowed in that area.
The space is excellently equipped and it can be used to organize educations, workshops, meetings, presentations, team building and similar activities. Guests can use our area in the forest and the meadow by the stream for the needs of staying in nature, family outings and sports activities.
All activities are available for an additional fee and can be tailored to suit your interests.
By arriving and staying in the AKORD holiday house, you give yourself the opportunity to rest for body and soul, contact nature and enjoy the natural environment, clean air and spring water.💚

Guest check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., and check-out is until 11:00 a.m.
The price depends on the selected dates and the number of guests and is given on request. The vacation house is rented for at least 2 nights or more.
Holiday house AKORD is located 15 km from the Papuk Nature Park with many hiking trails, and in the surrounding area within an hour's drive by car you can visit: Duboka Adrenaline Park (15 km), Jankovac Resort (30 km), Shhhuma Aquapark (14 km), GEOINFO CENTER in Voćin (40 km), The Kutjevo winery almost 800 years old (30 km) and other excellent wineries from the Kutjeva region, Terra Panonica Interpretation Center (19 km), Bećarc Museum (19 km), landscaped walkways on Požeška Gora (6 km), City Library Požega, City Museum of Požega, Diocesan Museum of Požega Diocese, Trg sv. Trojstva, the Cathedral of Saint Teresa of Avila (6 km) and other interesting tourist locations in the Golden Valley. In the immediate vicinity, there are various restaurants and catering establishments, as well as tasting rooms on agricultural farms.

The distance to Osijek Airport is 120 km, and to Franjo Tuđman Zagreb Airport is 177 km. It is 186 km from us to Zagreb, 49 km to Slavonski Brod, 106 km to Osijek, 67 km to Daruvar, and about 50 km to Pakrac, Lipik and Našice.

We spent this weekend at Holiday House AKORD and truly felt at home. The hosts gave us a warm welcome and pleasantly surprised us the next day with a birthday cake, which we thoroughly enjoyed 😊
The house has everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It is exceptionally tidy, clean, and well-maintained. The spacious yard and swimming pool are perfect for children to play and have fun.
Mr. Igor spent time with the children in the forest, where they explored nature, picked cherries, built an insect hotel, and had an amazing time.
Meanwhile, we adults enjoyed the beautiful natural surroundings and the wellness room. Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality!

The house is spacious and equipped with everything you might need. The yard is large and perfect for bigger groups and children. The location is peaceful and ideal for a true getaway. We stayed during winter (New Year’s celebration), and the house was warm and cozy throughout our stay. The hosts were exceptionally kind and accommodating. Communication before and during our stay was easy and quick. We highly recommend this place and will definitely come back!
