In November 2014, the Agency for Vocational Education and Training and Adult Education launched the Curriculum globALE professional education and training program for andragogical professionals. Igor Štavlić was a participant in the first group of vocational training and after successfully completing the training program he continued to work as a trainer in education in the following cycles of training Curriculum globALE organized by the Agency for Vocational Education and Training and Adult Education.
