The Festival of Beautiful Thoughts will be held on Sunday, December 21, 2025, at the IGOR Center for Lifelong Learning Programs in Marindvor 21, near Poลพega.
The festival celebrates human creativity through music, singing, painting, literature, photography, dance, and movement... ๐
During the festival, there will also be an exchange of indigenous seeds โ the old seeds of our grandmothers that preserve and carry the codes of our heritage and traditions.
Admission to the festival is free for all lectures, performances, exhibitions, and seed exchanges. ๐
To mark this event, the IGOR Center for Lifelong Learning Programs, in collaboration with the Photoclub Svjetlopisi, is announcing a Photography Contest on the theme โBeautiful Thoughts.โ
Entry Guidelines
The contest is open to all interested amateur and professional photographers, regardless of age.
The contest runs from November 6 to December 6, 2025.
The task is to create a photograph on the given theme โBeautiful Thoughts.โ
Each participant may submit only one (1) photograph in digital form.
The photograph must be in JPG format, with the longer side at least 3,000 pixels.
Photos may be taken with a camera or mobile phone.
Each file name must include the authorโs full name and the title of the photograph in the following format:
firstname_lastname_title-of-photograph.jpg
Photographs may be black and white or color.
Post-processing is allowed only to the extent that it does not alter or distort the original meaning of the image.
Each participant must submit their own original work and is fully responsible for its content.
Submissions without complete information will not be accepted or judged.
A jury will review the photographs, select works for the exhibition, and decide on the awarded and commended photos. The juryโs decision is final and irrevocable.
The authors of the best photographs will receive plaques and commendations for first, second, and third place, and selected works will be included in the exhibition.
The jury will consist of Berislava Siliฤ Matasiฤ, M.A. Psychology, Mr. Sc. Igor ล tavliฤ, Prof., educator and founder of the IGOR Center for Lifelong Learning Programs, and ลฝeljka Martinoviฤ, B.Ed.
Copyright: By submitting a photograph, the author grants the organizers permission to publish the photo free of charge for the purposes of promoting the exhibition and announcing it in the media.
By submitting a photograph, the author also agrees to the publication of their personal data for promotional purposes related to the exhibition and media announcements.
The organizer will cover the cost of printing the selected photographs for the exhibition.
After the exhibition, the photographs will remain in the collection of the IGOR Center for Lifelong Learning Programs.
There is no entry fee for participating in the contest.
Submission Deadline
The final deadline for submission is December 6, 2025, at midnight (24:00).
Results will be announced on the day of the Festival of Beautiful Thoughts, December 21, 2025.
